vroom vroom sky one

can't believe there's no thread about this program tonight on sky one!
anyway, what did you think? I thought it was like watching men & motors all over again, made me chuckle a little, and obviously the road test was very tongue in cheek.
liked the bit overtaking the lorry, but I'm sure the cars got over 70 passing that lorry, which would have made the manouver illegal in this country! :(

I think you can always judge the quality of a car program by how often they show cars with cameras attatched to the outside! On top gear, the only time you see that is when Jeremy is doing one of his races, and talking to cameras inside the cabin, 5th gear has the occasional showing, and vroom vroom had one within the first few minutes :)

Also, finally, what was with the "sunday driver" sketch? chav scooby driver in the background, and guy on the left of shot sorting out the bumper on his front mounted ic scooby :D

Chris.

I lasted about 50 minutes and that was a real effort.

Quite funny to see that posh bird roll the fur covered car, but pretty pointless all in all though.

I gave up after about 15 minutes and went back to reading 'Heat' magazine which was far more interesting :D

I dont have SKY so I look forward to hearing the same complaints week in week out for this as we do for top gear and fith gear

A majority of it was like Brainiac with all the silly bits from Top Gear.

The performance car testing bit, is lost in a sea of silly sketches and quite infantile reporting/reviewing abilities.
