got a galaxy on ebay advertised as drive away for £2000, chap has emailed me with following

HI I AM VERY INTERSTED IN YOUR GALXY, IK HAVE THE CASH AND CAN BE WITH END OF NEXT WEEK, AS I AM ON NIGHTS BEGINNING PART OF THE WEEK, CAN YOU TELL ME SOME MOR ABOUT THE SPEC ON IT AND POSSIBLY SEND MKE SOME MORE PICS, WHAT IS THE INTERIOR LIKE?.
I CAN PAY YOU VIA PAYPAL OR BACS IT'S UP TO YOU.

its met blue, with alloy wheels, good tyres, exterior is presentable with only a couple car park type dinks and the odd scuff on a corner bumper, nothing horrid atall, just normal for a mpv of this age

the interior is clean and presentable with 6 x electric windows, power steering, cd, etc etc

as say would be lying if described as mint, but its certainly not poor, naturally it starts and drives as it should, hpi clear with 12 months mot and 3 months tax remaining
fully stamped service books with all manuals etc present

just a useable presentable family vehicle


ok so he sounds totally from the uk, his username on ebay is altern8ids, i done the quick usual feedback check and prev items check but am unsure, just waiting to see were progresses from here, dont get me wrong ive sold a car or two in this manor in the past as in ireland etc and went hassle free just strikes me as odd

it sounds cool but you must be wary for a reason, just go along and hope for the best but if it goes tits up you won't be suprised,, good luck :)

last car i sold on ebay was a 20K+ 540 sport that the bloke did a TT for without even seeing the car!!!

never met him, just left keys with the iwfe for him to collect it!

You might want to ask yourself altern8ids (Alternate id's) why he was tiny301270 up until March 31st 2006?

If he's bid on 3 similar vehicles I'd say he was serious but then you'd know that.
