Hurhur 14 February 2012 01:33 PM

The latest set of pics with the new brakes fitted, it has had its final polish but the weather's a bit cr@p so I've not given it a wipe since I drove it back. When the weather improves I'll get some proper photo's...

Yes mate, 8x18s on a 50mm drop, I've just added some 12mm spacers to the rear too:norty:

Modifications 14 February 2012 08:44 PM

erm 12mm spacers sounds like a good idea:-)

just out of interest what mods did you do to the bumper are we talking the stock bugeye bumper

I'd blended the rear spats into it so I couldn't remove them to fit to another bumper:norty:

They were re-sized during the upload to 800x800 so I don't know why everyone is having issues:wonder:

But yes, red K-sports would look spot-on:thumb:

Looks great, like the subtle touch of using the blob lock as well. I was not fussed about the bumper though when I did mine:D

Modifications 16 February 2012 04:35 PM

cheers m8, well the old bootlid and spoiler is going back on so the bootlock will be lost.

i might have it welded up and have no boot lock :-)

I managed to reach though the rear arm-rest hatch and **** the catch with stuff to hand in the boot both times.

JonMc 16 February 2012 09:40 PM

I have a Spec-C rear bench so no hatch to reach through:(
