will a STi backbox make any difference...

.... to the power output or noise of my 03 WRX. I was thinking of buying a good condition STI box for about £30 to replace the stndard peashooter.

I'm not particularly interested in a large diameter drain pipe for an exhaust just somehng that 'sounds' a bit more scooby.

Is there any benefit to be had?? thanks

As far as I'm aware the only difference you'll have is the appearance and possibly slight more noise and I mean slight.

Looks wise, much nicer. :)

Sound/power little to none. :(

Change the resonated pipe to non resonated to release some burble. around £90 from memory, and it is the pipe that the back box joins to :thumb:

ok, that confirms what I heard.

I want to keep my car looking standard, where can I get a centre piece from?
