Sorreee! anther Ebay Q - best sniper tool?
 

There is an auction I want to win - I've been waiting for a particular item to come up for a few weeks and I WANT to win it - as last time one came up I got sniped at the last second - so I want to try and make sure it doesnt happen again...

I have looked at www.autionsniper.com - based in USofA - any other recommendations - obviously cheap is good, free is better;)

Hammersnipe is one I know of that my dad uses, not used it myself but he said that its good.

Think its free but you will have to check it out.

Hammersnipe is free, but you only get 3 snipes a weeke with it, and the snipe is between 20 and 10 seconds before the auction ends.

If you pay, you get unlimited snipes and it is 3 seconds.

I use the free version and I've won loads of auctions with it.

I use Auction Sentry - it runs on your PC not from a website, this has some disadvantages if you have a dial up or flakey connection, but otherwise it has some handy facilities.
