STI 6 not running good HELP!!!!
 

hi guys, have 00 sti, when driving in traffic and nearly off throttle in first gear, when you lift foot the car shunts like as if you have hit the break, and when you pplace your foot back on and press lightly to move on it jumps on and then goes smoothly, i have noticed that if you have the car in neutral and idling it is impossible to gently rev it up smoothly, rev counter doesnt move and then just jumps about 400rpm, it is really annoying to drive in traffic but is no prob once you get over the early revs, can any one help?? i have a new air flow meter
