Ryanair’s Check’N’Go Service

Anyone used this as I am off to see big bro in southern France & flying out of Stansted to Rodez.I am doing the new "hand luggage only" thing & will check-in online from between 72 & 4 hours before the flight departure time for the outward part of the journey.

How do you do the check-in coming back if you have no internet access out in the sticks? Can it be done by phone? That would mean you can't print your own boarding pass & any passenger failing to present these will be charged a boarding card reissue fee of €20/£13.50 per person. :(

May just have to check-in normally at Rodez for the return flight.

Do I need to check-in online for each flight separately?
When using this service, you will need to check-in online separately for each one way flight that you have booked. This can be done either via the online check-in link on www.ryanair.com homepage or via the online check-in email sent to certain passengers.

For such a **** and badly run airline that doesnt surprise me.....

I would rather walk than fly them! did you see despatches a few weeks back?

I know what your saying & I have used them before & they are cheap & not very cheerful. But £70 return incl. all taxes, insurance etc. helps to sway it. :)

They are just so convenient for me to use.I am only 15 mins away from Stansted,my brother is 3/4 hour from Rodez.I can leave home @ mid day & be supping wine on the farmhouse patio by mid afternoon.Luverly. :)

Cheers Steve.

My brother keeps saying to drive down. http://www.scoobycity.co.uk/phpBB2/i...miles/2743.gif

Distance one way: 613mi including 567mi on motorways Time: 10h22 including 08h26 on motorways. That's 3 tanks of fuel each way & a whole day on the road including breaks.Plus the Chunnel or Ferry fees on top.

Makes £35 outward fare & 01h15 flight a much better option.Even with the waiting around at Stansted & the transfer from the military airfield :) it's still pretty damn quick.

There is some great camping country & canoeing rivers etc near my brother in the Lot.Hope you have a safe drive down & a good holiday.
