Subaru Impreza NSF wing
 

Not sure if this is technical or not but here goes.

Does anyone know how easy it is to remove the NSF wing on an MY99 Subaru Impreza Turbo? I've just bought a car that's got a bump on the wing and the previous owner has bodged the repair (hence a cheap car!!) so I want to replace the wing. Does it just unbolt or is it spot welded too??

Pretty sure they're just bolted.... along bonnet shut line, behind the bumper somewhere, and at the front of the sill... under the sill cover!

Under the sill cover? Assuming the sill cover can come off?? Or do you have to use a ratchet spanner and a long magnet!!

the black plastic sill cover, or maybe it's colour coded..... there are from memory 3 or 4 12mm bolts holding the front half onto the sill.....
