would i be right in saying the setting for one of these reg's is 3bar at idle with the vacume pipe off??????????????????

depends on exactly what mods you have, but that is a very good base pressure/starting point....................

it runs 440cc injectors,uprated pump,sx reg,parallel fuel mod,decat,equal headers,td05 turbo,runs at 1.3bar boost,
