Melted piston, can you reliner the block?

Please advise, I have aquired an EJ20 engine that I want to rebuild and fit to my impreza. Upon inspection it I have found a melted piston which has damaged the bore quite badly. Is it possible to re-liner this engine and if so any recomendations of who to get to do the work. Any ideas of price as well?
Thanks:(

Yes you canreliner, expect to pay about £150 +vat give or take for a repair liner.

Any recomendations of who does this, or can you do this yourself?
