Oil and Filter change due, can anyone recommened where to buy, my93.

Just get some 10w40 semi synth, the halfords stuff (green bottle) is perfectly fine and a million times better than the Castrol oils they stock.

What about the Halfords filters, when i had an Audi UR quattro i was told the Halfords filters were crap, is it the same with Subaru ones.

i have halfords filter on my99 at the mo all seems fine no probs as yet along with 5w 40 halfords oil might sound cheap but if you are doing oil changes every 6 months or 5000 mile as in my case cant see a problem done my gt4 no harm for 3 years. hope this helps

They are all paper cores, theres not much in it to be fair.

Its just parts snobbery..
