As I don't know the sport market, what level/year of car should he get for his money

he should get a higher mileage MY96 for that sort of money.

I am posibly selling my sport in november, thats a November98 car with 32K miles and FSH with 16" wheels, SO2's, 6 cd changer and cibie driving lights. It's mint, i have had it since 6000 miles.
I am looking at £8500 for it though.

I have a '97 R Reddish blue for sale. Full Subaru service history. The car is immaculate with colour coded sideskirts and a lip spoiler on the front. I am looking for £6500 for the car which I think the car is well worth the money.
