Companies offering info@ email addresses...
 

...really wind me up! If they are going to advertise info@ then why do they rarely pick them up?! When I am at work I cant always pick up the phone for non work business so I have to email.

This isnt a new quibble but for some reason it is really bugging me today!

Our info@ at work gets distributed to the salesmen and the receptionist as if it went to their email address..

All managers, sales and ops get ours. Someone has to respond and "own it" so they normally are dealt with in a matter of mins...

I think the trouble for a lot of companies, bcs they advertise the info@ address it ends up spammed to all bu99ery. Easy then to lose proper enquiries etc.

Still darn annoying though! In fact last week I emailed someone advertising in the scoobynet shop and have never heard a thing back. I've already chosen my supplier now so they have lost their chance...

Ho hum. I am sure I'll have something new to whinge about tomorrow!
