horn is intermittently sounding

All

For some reason the horn on my my00 classic is sounding randomly, i have searched through site and cant find any similar problems. Any ideas?

Will it sound if key is removed ? as i really dont fancy been woken up in middle of night and more importantly all my neighbours will not be impressed.

If for some reason it does sound over night how can i quickly switch it off would it be the case that i just pull some wires in engine bay somewhere.

Please need help am on tender hooks at moment.

thanks

Does it do it when you go over a bump or if the car's stationary?

If it's over a bump then it could be a dodgy connection or relay which is momentarily making contact and setting it off.

I seem to remember somewhere that the horn beeps when the alarm senses the battery voltage is low?
