Swapping my car for another with finance
 

Not sure if there's anything I can advise the other party, but I've found a car that someone is willing to swap with mine, but he has finance owing on it. Now there's no way I'm completing the deal if that's the case. Is there a way he could transfer the finance to him personally, or does it depend on who the finance is with.

Yea he can get a loan and pay the existing finance off. Also is the finance actually linked to the car??? Get an hpi check done.
