Hi mate ,
I had the same problem - cured it by fitting a restrictor in the pipe from manifold to gauge , to choke the pipe slightly and act like a damper on the pulses of air which cause the vibration .

As Ally-b says you need a restrictor in the pipe line. When I fitted my boost gauge there was what looked like a sealing plug in the end of the pipe which i removed. Have you done similar? When I rang the vendor and explained the problem they suggested a restrictor with a hole of 1mm in the pipe line. Hope this helps that rattle snake can really get on your nerves.

You could try a cable tie, pull it tight around the pipe to restrict the flow, its better done at the manfiold end, note if you pull it to tight you will damp the gauge to much.

hope this helps
