Thanks Graham, will try them when I get home. Had the AST's fitted by Curtis & co at PowerStation. Went for the fast road/track set up, rather that then out and out track set up. 60 front and 40 rear as I remember. Car is a different beast now, boy what a change....and I love it. Have then set at 6 all round for now, but played a little with them at 12 and 1 to see the effects.

60/40 is an interesting set of rates.
Common is 40/30 them 50/40 then 60/50 then so stiff, no suspension!
I think you will have 50/40 which is VERY nice for a fast road set-up/
Try 7 front and 5 rear from soft and then 8/6
