ebay - how to remove negative feedback

Hi,

I've recieved a negative feedback from some loony who damaged a jacket I sold him. He demanded a refund then left me negative feedback before giving me a chance to respond.

I believe there is a way to have feedback removed by putting swear words as a follow up or something similar? Could someone please tell me how it's done as I'm pretty miffed that he's damaged my feedback rating.

Cheers,

Brian.

cheers pal, will do

Beware that Ebay may also remove your account for doing this along with the feedback !

Put a load of swear words in the response, ebay hates the word c**t.

just had a nasty e-mail from him telling em he's reported me to ebay....doh!

What should I do now as ebay didn't remove the feedback?

You have his address as you have shipped goods to him....

I think a delivery of 1/2 ton of manure ought to do the trick :D

Nowt - keep your head down and hope Ebay dont ban you from the site - and in future dont take peoples advice on how to get negative fb removed.

cheers mike - wish I'd just left it now. Was annoyed as I have over 600 positive feedbacks  .

It takes a couple of days to get the feedback removed. Wait for a bit and watch it dissapear! ..and wait for your "your a naughty boy" email from Ebay.

to be honest, If I saw somebody with 600 positive feedbacks and 1 negative, I would barely even see the negative. Even if I'd look, if you were to respond to his feedback saying he was a crazy mad man, then my mind would be at ease.

600 good and just one bad - I wouldn't have worried about the one!
