USB TV TUNERS
Has anyone got any good experiences of these things?
seen a freecom DVB-T USB Stick which looks pretty neat but not sure if it's up to much. |
Not bad, I expected a bit much but it does work quite well.
Lent it to a bloke at work and he raves about it. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=479352 |
i've got one and its ok....only problem i find is that if you're doing something system intensive the sound stops until it finishes. Also my MS Optical mouse wheel interfers with it...when i use the wheel sound stops again....and i dont have a half bad PC either....i'd sooner buy a PCI one than one that uses USB....

It's ok , but the supplied ariel is pants...

I would have thought a firewire equivelant would be better considering the port should handle continous 400MB connectivety, where as the USB port version has to share it's ports and can only burst up-to or around 400MB (on USB 2).
