Course recomendations please...

I am after some official training (got to give course details to my boss by next week) on group policy and also file permissions/access control list creation best practices (Microsoft) in an AD environment. Are there such courses? I do the majority of access control list changes currently but would like to get some official training on it to learn all the stuff I don't about it. I am also to get involved with the desktop group policy on our desktop image and before starting want to get some training on it.

Also are there courses that explain the installation of Exchange Server from scratch? I do all the exchange admin (through AD and System Manager) and have no issues with that but the one thing I haven't done with Exchange is build a box from scratch setting up Exchange, adding it into AD and configuring connectors and all the back end settings that have to be in place before you start the actual creation of mailboxes. This is all done by our server team and its something I want to learn desperately.

TIA :)

Thanks, they were the first place I looked but all their couses seem far too generalised in that they cover other topics and not specific enough on the areas I want. I will phone them and see what they can recomend though.

Phoned them and they said no we have no courses for that and then searched the courses a bit more and found this http://www.learningtree.co.uk/courses/uk597.htm  Looks about as close as I am going to get for group policy I think.
