cvc nice people to do business with
Last Friday(3rd) I had a problem with the interior light,When the door was closed the light stayed on even when you tried to switch it off so I rang cvc and told Paul the problem and booked it in for Wednesday. In the meantime I’ve been driving the car over the weekend and have notice a burning smell and now the light has gone off completely and won’t come back on so I didn’t drive the car until Wednesday. Drops the car in to cvc just after 11.00 for them to find the fault. I have to leave the car there because of commitments at 1.00 so I told Paul I’d ring him later to see if it’s ready. It’s 4.15 so I thought it was time to ring Paul to see if the car’s finished, Paul exclaimed that they hadn’t found the fault yet but the dashboard, seats, and all the interior trim was out of the car because they had to chase the wires from the interior light to try to find the chaffed wires Found the fault and the part is on backorder and in next mouth Job well done thanks cvc:notworthy :notworthy :notworthy |
next month for a part!!!!!! Is it being handcrafted and then sent from japan by a snail in a row boat???
