New SKY card required
 

There appears to be a fault with my SKY viewing card so I am in need of a new one. The problem is that I am no longer a subscription customer and as such only get the freebie channels. What are the chances of me calling them and getting a new card sent to me?
I have freeview but the reception is quite sporadic especially with CH4 and 5 so the SKY was handy.
I dont want to queue in their calling system only to find out they wont send me one.

A freesat viewing card is £20 IIRC from Sky.
Dunno what chance you have of getting one free....

PS there's an 0800 number for sky if you look at that 0870 numbers for free website (google).

Ah, £20. Thats not the end of the world then. Free would be nice though:D

You can get the SKy channels from £7.50 a month now - try getting them to switch you back on - then get a card off them for nowt, then tell them you don't wany sky anymore when you've got your new card saying the a month of their channels was enough...

I've just got my phone bill, and had to make 9 calls to sky to sort out 1 problem and its cost me £4.70 using that 0870 number. They love to keep you waiting!!
