19 yearold insurance,is it possible????????
 

hi, i`m just in the process of sellin my scoob to a 19 year old, can anyone advice me where he could get sum insurance,he knows its gona be well over a grand but any advice greatly appriciated,as no insurance no sale. many thanx mark

It's possible, try elephant or admiral. Hope he realises how much over a grand it'll be though. I paid £2800 this year on my UK turbo @ 21.
He'll be looking 3k+

im 24 with 7 years no claims, tesco & elephant etc wouldnt even quote me! said they wont insure under 25's anymore??? im 25 in june FFS.

i reckon only chance he's got is with a-plan or greenlight IMHO.

At least!! Over that I'd suggest. Very few companies will touch him. I'd ask him who he's getting insured with. If he doesn't say I wouldn't sell him it. or at least sell him the car, then grass him up straight away!! :lol1:

I got my WRX when i was 17:p and insured for less than £500, i would explain but ive had to explain a million times and cant be arsed. simple through ma dads but long its too complicated, legal tho.

i kno some one whos 19 and got a WRX wagon paying about £3500 but thats on a wagon and there a bit slower.
