Tyre trouble

Had one of my tyres looked at yesterday trying to find a puncture and there are 4 very large bulges on my inner sidewall, one of which looks almost ready to burst.

What could cause these to happen?

Kurb damage is usually the main cause, the impact on the sidewall causes it to rupture and the air gets though causing those bulges, not good if they blow out whilst driving at speed  :(

Inner sidewall though? How does a kerb do that?

Very big potholes can cause it though.

what load rating are Toyos?

Guessing if they are 215/40/17's then the load rating is 83W

They are 215/35/18's
