22 new wrx

Hi am looking for information on the feasibility of buying a Subaru wrx (2006), the biggest issue for me will be insurance cost as I am only 22 (10,12,1983). I have 3 years of no claims, no points, and pass plus and am thinking of doing the advanced driving course (don’t not if this will have any effect). The other issue is the effect of importing the car does the have any effect on insurance cost.

So far I have called

Keith Michaels , £2,500

Greenlight who told me they would only cover me on a 12 year old 1 or worth less than £8,000 ?????

Elephant £7,000 "no joke" :eek2:

And some partner company :iamwithst of there’s who wanted £4,300

any ideas ???????

Thanks for any help you can offer me

Chris

no its a Seat leon ( 1.6 ) it was good as a 1st car but i need more power :norty: , just talked to bell and they will do it for 1500 which is dam good but they add a lot if i want different wheels £250, ( i need them gold OZs) and i wanted that prodrive wing dont no if that will add much to the cost, still much better than any other so far :luxhello: :luxhello:
