Headlamp problem
 

my97 turbo 2000. When i adjust the hieght of the headlamp beam, my drivers side lamp wont move yet the small electric motor thats fitted to it is turning. Is there a small mechanism inside the light unit which is known to brake?
Any suggestions welcome.:)
