Configuring system

I’m looking for some advice in setting up my sound system.
I’ve upgraded the Headunit, Front speakers and I’ve added an Active Sub.
Everything works but I’m not sure how to adjust all the settings so it sounds good.
I’m looking for some sort of guide. Hopefully one of you will be able to direct me.

My head unit is a Pioneer DEH-P9600MP
My Subwoofer is Vibe CBR10" Active sub

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

No replies
Maybe I asked too much.
What sort of Hz range should a 10" sub run at?
What's the SLP?
Does anyone have the same headunit that could shed some light on this for me please?

set the high pass filter on the head unit settings for the speakers to around 120/150hz that will stop the speakers getting too low frequencies that cause distortion. then set the sub's low pass filter to 120/150hz so anything the the speakers don't reproduce the sub will, then adjust the level of the sub to what ever u like (person taste)

Thanks, I'll give it a try. :)
