Would it be worth changing my 02WRX suspension for same year STI JDM set springs and shocks?

IMHO:
Yes and get it aligned properly, but add a whiteline rear anti roll bar at the same time.

powerstation was doing a wicked deal of £250 for spec c struts and springs
( pre t25 /t20 cars)

that was about a year ago not sure if things have changed now
