knocklink or knock block
 
as title really im going to be fitting a power fc and was wondering witch one of these to go for i see the knock block can be hocked up to a guage witch i like but dose the power fc benifit from it in anyway if not i may just go for the knocklink any info would be very welcome

What do you want it for, the PFC's knock detection will protect the engine and you can see the current knock value and peaks, but I still like the KnockLink leds as a continuous display of noise level.

Knockblock is more advanced but a bit overkill for a road car IMHO. It's more aimed a mappers or competition oriented cars with more capable ECUs.

The PFC can be set up to utilise the CEL as a visual knock detector.
Save yourself £150.00 and don't bother with a knocklink.
