Why judder only in 2nd gear ?

i am taking it back tot he garage, asi had new cluthc/flywheel etc about amonth ago, done about 400 miles now and i still have slight clutch judder when dropping from 3rd to 2nd gear at low revs, now it has a 3 yr warranty so will take it back, but just wondered why it would do it only going into 2nd gear ?

the garage said let it settle in, but pah, thats crap, maybe a little bit to settle in but it shouldnt still judder should it, i know it only does it at low revs in 2nd but after paying £700 i want it 100%

any thoughts.......

Crikey blast from the past !
This was when i was wet behind the ears and didnt do much DIY on the scoob ( oh how times changed )

Anyhoo, yes, i took it back, a total of 3 times ( main dealer ) and eventually i had some tech guy come out who informed me and the tech`s there that the clutch plate and flywheel had to be fitted so the balance marks were all aligned, these were red and blue dots painted on.wether this is true or not i dont know but after this procedure was adhered to my clutch didnt judder whatso ever afterwards

cheers
