What is Tin-Phosphor Bronze bushing?

I want to purchase a turbocharge (RHB5 for my trooper) from here: www.asiafactorystock.com/turbo ,
their price is very attractive, but what is Tin-Phosphor Bronze bushing?

It is the material used to provide reliable bearings for the turbine shaft that rotates at very high speed. It is a plain bearing type.
'Better' turbos have roller bearings as they are better (less friction) but more expensive and larger in size.
This allow the turbine to speed-up faster compared to the plain bearings.

On NASIOC there is a thread about fake IHI turbos. Caveat emptor.

And be careful of fake TD series turbo's too ! There's a LOT around at the moment.
