Aussie Pink Floyd?

Just bought tickets for their Southend gig in April.
I've seen a couple of other Floyd tribute bands but I've heard these are really good? Has anyone seen them before? - opinions?
Really looking forward to it.

john - i saw them twice last summer, birmingham arena and norwich uni - including DSOTM in its entirety which was a real treat. i'm not much into superlatives but they are stunning. note for note perfect, a very smart scaled down floyd stageshow plus floyd's sound engineer at the mixing desk.

expect to hear much of what's on pulse & echoes - show highlights for me were time, great gig in the sky, us & them, shine on you crazy diamond, run like hell and sorrow. run time is about two and a half hours.

order the free four-track teaser DVD off their web site & you'll get an idea of just how good these guys are.

saw them in Bournemouth a few years back. Absolutely brilliant. :thumb: :thumb:

Apparently they are the only 'tribute' band to get the thumbs up from the real Floyd boys themselves...

I've seen Think Floyd three times and Pink side of the Moon once. There's a local band called Expose who do some Floyd. They have a superb guitarist who does an incredible (and long!) solo for Comfortably Numb which makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up! (not bad for an old boy like me!) The drummer, who was recently in Drumfest, has a great tatoo of "Animal" on his upper arm. As a (rather poor) guitar picker myself, I go home determined to set fire to the Strat. frustrated that I can't play anything lke that. :(
