Mines is a 98, and centre belt is a lap belt. Not sure about the 99.

MY98 WRX wagon has a centre lap belt.

Mines a 98 and mine is the same as the above, 2x 3 point 1x lap belt. I would have thought the 99 would be no different. I'd guess at all the classics being the same.

Had a 99/00 Wagon, Lap strap only!

I think the MY01's and later have the 3 point centre belt but not in the V7 STI's
