Registering PSP
 

I cant register mine as the model number is PSP-1000 and the official website only regonises 1002,1003,1004,1008.

Anyone else had this problem?

Ok ive done it!!!!!!

For those that want to register a jap PSP with Sony, heres how to do it:

-Visit YourPSP.com
-Sign up in the top right hand corner
-Fill in all your details
-When asked for your serial number, if you enter your Jap serial number (Starting with SJ or FJ), it will inform you that you cannot register it. Instead, replace the first 2 letters with SB.
--Even though your Jap model number will be PSP-1000, change it to PSP-1003

This has just worked for me.

Well it worked!!! Ive got my copy of Spiderman 2 on UMD!

And if anyone didnt know, uk umd's work on jap psp's!

I registered mine at xmas and sony just sent me Spiderman 2 UMD Movie free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder if they still have a surplus amount of these?
I know when you go on the website it mentions a UMD holder as a free gift.

Received my SM2 disk today :)
