I'm currently contracted to produce the in car video footage for the FIA cross country rally championship. The most famous being the Paris-Dakar.

If there was enough interest then I would be prepared to bring along some equipment to various track days. I could probably manage about 5 cars at a time in a morning and then 5 others for the afternoon sessions.

What would anybody be prepared to pay for some exclusive footage of your track day?

The micro cameras can be mounted anywhere, bumpers, wings, roof, you name it. How about next to the exhaust to capture the sound of the gear changes and your overtaking?

There is some of my footage on the SIDC club video - at the end I'm told.

My car will be fitted with some equipment for the trip to the Catalunya WRC Rally on 23rd March when 8 scoobs will be taring around Spain. I will be making a video of the trip for everyone to see.

Your track footage could then be transferred onto a VHS cassette for you to keep.

As I say, just an idea at the momement.

If Stef or someone can give me the dates of all the forthcoming events then I will try and fit them in.

cd, sony digital or VHS no problem, DVD soon. 4 mins is about 160Mb ish. 15-20 on a whole CD!

Hopefully Mossman and I will be able to provide a bit of chase footage which can be edited along with your footage of the Cat!...Now have a cool suction mount that can either be fitted internally or externally to the car....
