Stripped Spark Plug Thread - 106GTi - Helicoil? Help?!?
 

Had a nice Christmas present last night and one of my spark plugs managed to strip the head on the block There is'nt abit of thread left on the head as the spark plug wont even bite at all. So I understand that leaves me with the only option of getting a Helicoil and getting that fitted.

So anyone have any idea of how much I should be charged for the whole job? I would'nt trust myself with the job, or If there is anyone Essex based who wants to earn abit of money over this Christmas period

Certainly not what I needed over Christmas where im meant to be driving to see Family and Friends.
