bonnet wont open
 

i cant get my bonnet to open using the inside lever .can you tell me how to get it open so i can repair it car is my00 classic
what did i do wrong that my first post was moved.im sure ill get better at this

Get someone to pull the lever and push up and down on the bonnet while the lever is pulled out.This should free it

Squirt WD40 in where the bonnet catch mechanism is (from the front of the car - not the lever inside!!!!!)

This happened to me a couple of times and this cured it.

also try blasting the old grease and gunk out of the lock mech with a high preasure hose/lance, i have had to do a few uk cars (do they grease them at service?)
