Smoke when heater is on
 
Any ideas what this will be, normally when ive had the heating on for a while i get smoke coming outta the intercooler scoop what will cause this,

yeah i meant steam not smoke. but i also get a slight burning smell in side car when heat is on for awile

check the pipes to and from the heater matrix under the intercooler.

Ive been experiencing the same problem...but it doesnt happen all the time and the temp always stays the same!!!!

could be oil burning, or coolant loss. have you checked your levels??????
also what does it smell like.

I did have a gearbox oil leak which has been fixed, need to clean exhaust off though. the matrix on the intercooler isnt in best condition could that be causing a leak? it smells like either electric or fluid burning
