anyone about to spend some serious money at harrods?

Hi all,

I have vouchers at harrods to the tune of around £4k (wedding presents!) and I really want to buy a plasma tv. Thing is, my money is on a gift card that doesn't allow me to benefit from discount schemes such as 10% to harrods card holders during discount periods. I can still benefit from sale prices though.

I am wondering if anyone was planning to buy anything major from harrods and fancied letting me buy them for them in exhcnage for a discounted price over what you would spend if you bought it yourself.

Worth a try!

Anyone else think a business on the basis of a central voucher exchange might be a good idea? Buy vouchers from people at less than face value and sell them for a slight profit?

Fleabay tends to get people bidding up to at least 95% of the face value of most gift cards.

Look in tickets and travel...
