It's the boost solenoid... on the right-side suspension turret.

Mine clicks too and it's pretty normal, apparently. If it's bothering you, you could could try cleaning it out - do a search for methods. :)

Sounds like mine did, except mine only did it when moving. It may be speedo related, either the cable or head unit.
I bought a new cable but it turned out it was just loose. The movement travels up the cable causing it to click really loudly, like a machine gun.
Worth checking as the cable comes out of the buklhead into a small gearing box at the drivers side of the intercooler. It can be a real bitch to get to if you don't have access to a ramp.

Paul.

Just a thought, mines still restricted to 112 mph could it be this????????? the reason i ask is...it happens when i tap the accelerator when im staionary. i will test it on the move later.

It's still the boost solenoid. It's controlled via the Throttle Position Sensor.

Get the bonnet up, then open the throttle slightly. You'll be able to hear/feel the solenoid clicking. It's the small cylindrical object on the suspension turret with 3 rubber pipes connected.
