REQ: Black new age + white wheels.

Anyone got one? I think it would look very nice indeed.

frayz 06 December 2005 04:52 PM

would look awesome........... thats if you never ever drive the car :)

Not a scoob but this was my cossie on white Compomotive MO's. Car looked awesome but even in the summer they need cleaning EVERY day and when they get wet the stain.

Would love some 18" six spoke MO's on my scoob but i couldnt live with em again :(

stephen - get that flamin motor washed!!!!

frayz 07 December 2005 09:02 PM

Holy ****e those emotions are stunning!!!

where can you get those alloys from?

st3ph3n 07 December 2005 09:46 PM

They're hard to come by frayz, it must be said. I think Envy have them, but there's never a price. It's going to be an import job I think.

There's a guy on ebay has them. Just do a set for work emotion. He's not got WRX sized ones for sale at the moment though.

He includes this picture of them on an Impreza.

http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/wheels/...1p-2/view4.jpg

I'm loving them though.

It's between theses and perhaps some Buddy Club ones. It's got to be lightweight Japanese!

oobster, you cheeky scamp. You'll know fine well it's impossible to keep a car clean more than 10 minutes in these conditions.

Triple X 07 December 2005 10:39 PM

Steve at Unit 8 can do them.

See: http://www.unit-8.co.uk/

Cheaper for LADS members ;) www.ladsoc.co.uk

frayz 07 December 2005 10:59 PM

Well thanks VERY bloody much St3ph3n!!!

I was dead cert that id decided on a set of gold OZ superleggeras,

but now i want these!!!!:Whatever_

Fancy the 8.5x18 in bronze on my 02 STI!!:norty:

st3ph3n 07 December 2005 11:08 PM

Oh dear. unit 8 has some lovely wheels indeed.

PREPARE THE CREDIT CARDS

Having said that. The white work emotions aren't there for me.

I dunno if I can justify a K on wheels too.

But they'd look so good.

Loving the ultralites mind you.

Triple X 07 December 2005 11:55 PM

If not on his site he can get them in around 2 weeks from time of order.

Hmmmm, dunno about the white ones, thought none of the work wheels were on his site from your post above, just looked and like you say the white ones arent advertised.

st3ph3n 08 December 2005 09:48 AM

The American Work site doesn't list the white ones for sale, but I've seen them. And I want them.

But I'm waiting till nearer the summer as they'll be a summer wheel only.

DJ Dunk 08 December 2005 07:12 PM

Here's my gash attempt at PS'ing them onto your car.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...newsprings.jpg

Beautiful rims

st3ph3n 08 December 2005 07:48 PM

Gash attempts they may be gentlemen, but they are appreciated none the less.

I think my quest for wheels is slowly coming to and end now. These CRs really do look the part.

And White on a Black car is really working for me.

Now, 17" or 18". I want these as lightweight fast road rims. Not show ones. My 17" wheels now fill the arches quite nicely after I've had the Tein springs fitted I think.

69WRX 08 December 2005 08:09 PM

Did the same size wheels with my photoshop as whats on the car, so you now know what 17s would look like. ;)

DJ Dunk must have a thing for 21 inchers ;)

7 Foot 08 December 2005 08:29 PM

Mmmmmmmm white alloys!!

Steady ;) If you do it my way, you're gonna need bigger brakes :D

oobster 08 December 2005 08:40 PM

18's man, 18's!!!

I can scarcely believe that you are even questioning which size!!

frayz 08 December 2005 11:48 PM
