Leicester Square Parking

Next Friday I have to take some amplifiers and kit to Marquee Club in Leicester Square and collect early evening. So where the hell do I find a place to park up for the day please? I don't mind a short cab journey away but needs to be fairly close and I won't be able to meter feed all day even if I could afford it. Thanks London peeps. dl

Theres a big NEC in Soho on the main road through Soho. Think the entrance is next to Ann Summers. Not cheap but fairly close.

Thanks Scooby-Doo. Never driven to London since congestion charge was introduced so that'll be a first!! But I have leaflet :)

U want to park in the NCP in Whitcomb Street/Orange Street, which backs onto Leicester Square.

Access down Haymarket & it should be signposted off to the left midway down.

Do you do cheering up for a living? :D

Is that including congestion charge?

There's an NCP in the Swiss Centre as well, access off Wardour street IIRC :)

What time are you getting there. I ALWAYS used to park in Soho Square. Free after a certain time. You may have to drive around a few times but you will always get a space.

Word of caution
The wardens are real hitlers. Make sure someone stays with the van whilst unloading or you will get a ticket

David Lock 27 November 2005 04:17 PM

Van - heaven forbid. Volvo Estate old boy :D :D :D

Thanks for tip. I sort of hoped there might be a place round the back where I could unload. I'll have to give the club a buzz and find out.
