Still can't find any confirmation of this from anywhere that I'd personally respect as a news outlet.

A truly sad day if it does turn out to be correct.

Paulo P 26 November 2005 01:08 AM

Same here. 'til I see it from an official source I refuse to believe it. I hope to god that it's not true because he is (was) such a genuine nice guy. I met him at Rally gb a few years ago (maybe 3, he was in a silver 206 back then) and he was just the nicest guy and he shook my sisters hand which was a big deal for her because she was even tarting herself up incase she saw him :lol1: She is a huge Burns fan and has got lots of pictures and items signed by him.

Turbohot 26 November 2005 01:13 AM

How old is he anyway and I heard about his ailment. Was it brain tumour?can someone confirm it please? I thought it was treated and he fully recovered TBH:confused:

ghplumb 26 November 2005 01:16 AM

I think he was / is 35

Was still receiving treatment last thing I read about him

Turbohot 26 November 2005 01:19 AM

Thanks.Hope he is ok.Hope this news comes out to be a rumour.:(
