LCD TV's...

Been looking for an LCD TV for my bedroom and found this.
Anyone got one or seen one? Seems a bit too cheap...

Thanks for any help

Oooooo 25ms response time... things'll be a bit blurry on that

Viewing angle +/- 85 degrees. Best sit in front of it then.

Basically looks a bit outdated, so it's being sold off cheap

Also be careful. Even though it says HDTV ready - it's only through the component, which is all well and good for xbox 360; but useless for Sky HD / HD DVD / Blueray etc. - all of which require a digital HDCP port.

It's worth the money, but if you're in the market it's worth spending a bit more for something more up to date.

I thought it was more the fact these "HD Ready TVs" have a HDMI input but the screen resolution doesnt match the HD spec....

Think you'll find the first SKY HD boxes will transfer the HD data via component video.

6. Sky's HD box will NOT be restricted to HDCP-enabled DVI and HDMI connections and WILL output HD video via analogue component connectors. These have been added to the Sky HD box to ensure maximum compatibility with TVs that don't meet the new EICTA 'HD-ready' specification

Looks good value to me. Viewing angle is when viewed from the front so read +/- 85% as 85% to the left and right of centre, so I'd say quite good really. Not too sure about the 25ms response time though.

Not strictly true - Sky have only said that their own programming will work over component. It's not known yet if other channels will go over component or only down-convert to SD for component.
