Snooper customer service
I had a problem of slow access of the satellites with my Snooper S6 Neo which I have had for some time now.
I sent it back on Monday morning and on Thursday first post I received a parcel back from Performance Products with a replacement unit and aerial. I must say i am extremely pleased with that kind of customer service and I am also very impressed with the new blue display which is about 4 times easier to read. Les :) |
