CTRL+F Search help
 

Hi everybody

At work I use speadsheets and so do the others in my office all 3 of them, anyway. We are all interneting and when 1 person is in a spread sheet(dataBase) the others can only go in on read only.

Well our problem is when we use CTRL+f to search for something it might some times say what we are looking for eg number F1245533, is not there but when another one of us goes in and does the same it sometimes says it is there.

Can any one help and tell us why this is happening as its causeing us lots more needless work.
