USB Memory Stick Problems..

Im having problems accessing USB Memory sticks, digital cameras and phones on my computer. As at home I just simply plug them in the USB port and they come up on My Computer as a Drive and can just go into them normally. But have done this at work and its recognising the phone/usb memory etc but nothing is appearing on My Computer.

So anyone got any ideas how I can sort this?

Any USB restrictions (registry hack/software that denies these devices) on your work PC.
Are you using a USB hub or plugging direct.
Any USB speed incompatibilities (1.1/2.0).
