Iain,

That's my first day back at work after two weeks off, the question is do I throw a sickie http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif or do i try and get the day off before I go on holiday HHMMMMMMMMMM http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif

Is anything happening before Bentley?

It's not all bad working nights you can spend loadsa time surfing. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/cool.gif

Dyney 16 May 2001 03:42 PM

Sussex meet is the 3rd (same plan as last time) Pease Pottage services 1300hrs and on to a pub.
Probably only be a small gathering as Bentley is the next weekend.

You just want too show off your new pipe.

Iain.

Col Stone 16 May 2001 09:33 PM

This might sound dodgy but saw RB5's pipe last night, lovely!
Just changed duties so am up for Bentley and a cruise (may have to be a family outing so son and remote control scoob!)It's a shame we can't get a massive cruise seeing as everyone will be coming onto 'our turf' in Sussex. Well see you soon hopefully the 3rd but may be away.
Cheers Col.

MAFFA 16 May 2001 11:06 PM

I'm up for it. Just don't count me in 100% for all these meets at the moment as buying a gaff could bugger my finances.

I'll contact you nearer the time to let you know.

MAFFA

Gates open at 1100, so sugest we meet at Pease Pottage at 1000 have a quick chat and leave about 1015 blatt down A23 to Bolney/Ansty then cruise along A272 to Uckfield, A22 to BENTLEY http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif. Thats about 34 miles(rough).

We can pick up or meet on the way if you want to post a meeting point.

This is a suggestion and I'am open to recommendations http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Iain.

parking info - please read

Dyney 04 June 2001 11:55 AM

Marcus, So does this mean they are on show http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/cool.gif or is it just the Subaru parking area? Do we have to clean them first?DOH!!!
Iain.

scooby-tc 04 June 2001 06:33 PM

Hi I'll be coming to bentley from portsmouth bit rubbish with a map is it best for me to go straight to bentley or is the meeting point nearer to me
cheers
Daren

Markus 04 June 2001 06:53 PM

Iain,
I had the same query last year (bentley 2000 was my first ever meet).

Nope they are not on show, well, concours wise, as will be apparent when the blackbeast turns up with a huge dents in driver and rear doors! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif They are on show as in, look what toys I've got, or here's the mods I've made, but then that's normal whenever us lot meet up isn't it? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

see you there.

ScoobyDan 04 June 2001 07:12 PM

Scooby-tc, I'm based in Worthing, which should be on your route, unless you're going a REALLY long route http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif. If you want, we can meet up somewhere and form a 'mini convoy'!

Let me know

Daniel

Dyney 04 June 2001 08:25 PM

Daren, best to go straight there but if you and Dan are both going down the M27 we could meet up near Brighton if we rearange our route to join up with you. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif
Iain.

scooby-tc 04 June 2001 11:26 PM

Iain, theres no need to change your plans on my behalf i'll meet up with Dan and go straight there http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif
cheers
Daren

Food for Bentley - please read

Dyney 07 June 2001 12:52 AM

OK TC,(in the voice of Benie from the cartoon)

Marcus, Noted. (fake recipts see me)LOL!
Or are we not using recipts any more?(SIDC forum)
Iain.

Markus 07 June 2001 01:16 PM

Iain,
well, if I could get an answer from SIDC then I'd say 'yay or nay' to using recipts, but until then we'd best assume that I'll need recipts, member name and membership numbers.

Hope you guys and gals have all been busy cleaning your scoobies for Bentley tomorrow? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif What an awful day to try and get it done! Still mines all sorted and tucked up in its garage for the night.

See you at Pease Pottage at 10am http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Mark

Oh and I've got the jaffa cakes http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

MAFFA 09 June 2001 08:22 PM

Some of us poor people don't possess garages, but luckily as I was about to clean the Scoob I spotted the clouds & thought "Naa!!!". Might do it in the morning just to be on the safe side.

Oh & if Col's listening in - don't forget those locking wheel nuts (unless of course i'm passing & drop by to pick them up.

Seeyaa

MAFFA

Col Stone 09 June 2001 10:43 PM

Maffa
The nuts are in the Bently goody box for you!I think you need a set of clear repeaters to go with them though!
See you all tomorrow,
Cheers Col
P.S fitted 57i today sounds like a road sweeper sucking!
