Now that the nights are a bit longer (& warmer http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif) does anyone fancy a meet on evening for a drink / chat. Despite trying to get to the last 3 beds sunday meets I have had other comitments (read family http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif) every time so hopefully a evening would be suitable for a few of you.

Colin it is in off the dual carriage way after the A5 on the way to Milton Keynes. It is the one you see on the right (when going towards MK) with the windmill. But I am not sure which way you would come from Bedford - If you come from MK centre it will be on your left I think.

I might be up for this one.

The pub has a beer garden with views over the lake so hopefully it is a nice warm night.

Pbone, Its the lake close to the A5, go north from the Flying Fox for about 5 mins and you cant miss the windmill!

Don't know whether you'll get this b4 you set off, but could you tell me if we're meeting outside the pub....cos it's the 1st time Ive made an appearance, so unless I enter the pub with SCOOBYNET emblazoned across me chest I may well go unnoticed!!!
Thought about asking the barmaid to make an announcememnt that some dozy b--- had smashed into some WRX's in the car park...that would get the introductions flowing..but decided against it in case I caused half the pub to be killed in the stampede...anyway..hope to see you lata, and if anyone else reads this whos going tonight..could you do the honours and answer in the affirmative??
