is it worth it, and how much work involved in swopping them if so

I am waiting for an answer too! I have a set ready to go on. Help please?

What year Sti springs are you planning to fit. I'd guess they won't match the WRX dampers.

Also the springs may not mechanically fit as the WRX and Sti top mounts are different.

Why not fit Prodrive or Eibach Wrx springs?

If you need better dampers too, Powerstation have loads of Spec C Sti Struts for sale at an atractive price (left overs from T25 Convsersions).
